Selling a home is a challenging process. However having a Sellers home inspection performed will show potential buyers that you have made every effort to have your home in top condition. I will inspect your home following the same procedure as I would for a potential buyer. This way the potential buyer will already have the information they are looking for. I realize how important this purchase is to everyone. You have dreamed of this day and want everything to go without any problems. I will make it my priority to make sure you are informed of all the real and potential issues with the home. Most homes have something that could be in better condition, but my main concern is safety, and potential costly repair items. Please let me know if you have any areas of concern with the home, or any questions you may have. I can only inspect the things that are visible, and I cannot inspect items that are not visible. I will not disassemble any part of your home, other than removing covers to electrical panels, and other serviceable areas.
